Support Us

At Vranch House, we are more than a school and therapy centre — we are a charity dedicated to changing lives.

For over 50 years, we've provided specialist education, therapy, and clinical services for children and young people with complex physical disabilities across Devon.

As a charity, our purpose is simple: to ensure that children with disabilities have the same opportunities to learn, grow, and flourish as any other child. We exist because of the generosity of our supporters, and every gift helps us continue this vital work.

Specialist Education

Tailored learning for children aged 2–19 with profound physical needs.

Therapy & Clinical Care

Physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, and communication support for thousands of children each year.

Family Support

Working hand-in-hand with parents, carers, the NHS, and local authorities to provide holistic care.

Who We Help

We serve children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and acquired injuries, as well as those with multiple and complex needs. Our school supports around 55 pupils, while our therapy services reach over 1,500 children annually across Devon.

Why We Need You

Vranch House is a charity — we rely on donations, fundraising, and community support to sustain and grow our services. Around 40% of the cost of every medical appointment and every day of education is funded through fundraising and donations. By supporting Vranch House, you're not just giving to a charity — you're giving children the chance to reach their full potential.
